Job Description:
Harvest Community Church is a 24-year-old congregation in the Portland, OR area with about 400 attending our weekly worship services. We're passionate about exalting Jesus, and we're excited about the vision God has given us for the future!

We're also excited about adding a full time pastor to our team to lead our people in worship. The main focus of the position is leading our Worship & Arts teams (music, drama, and technical teams), and working with our Teaching Pastor to plan and lead our worship services. Our music style is blended and we embrace new artistic expressions of worship while appreciating the best of what's gone before. This pastor will also work with another area of adult ministry depending on their passions and gifting.

We have a ministry staff team of 5 people who work well together in a collaborative environment, and our new Minister of Worship & Arts should function well in that environment as the 6th member of our team. We're also looking for someone who has a calling on their heart to pastor our people primarily using the vehicle of worship and arts and who is adept at connecting with the congregation relationally while up front leading worship.
