Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Music Pastor that is both a spiritual leader and a musician. The goal for the Music Pastor is to shepherd those involved in worship ministries spiritually and musically - those ministries include adult choir, orchestra, praise teams, soloists, children's choir, technical/sound personnel, etc.

The Music Pastor should be a godly example in lifestyle and practice. We are looking for a team player who works well with others. There should be a musical proficiency in either the vocal or instrumental area. There should be a desire to grow, develop and maintain a comprehensive worship ministry that includes all ages.

Duties/Responsibilities Include:
-Provide spiritual leadership and oversight for the overall worship ministry
-Assist the Pastor in the planning and leading of the congregational worship
-Provide administrative assistance to the Pastor over the planning of the church calendar year (events, services, ministries)
-Enlist and train leaders for the church music ministry
-Administrate, plan and oversee all major productions
-All other duties assigned by the Senior Pastor
