Job Description:
McKinney Memorial Bible Church in Fort Worth, TX is looking for a dynamic Associate Worship Pastor to lead it Student, College, Young Adult and Children's Worship Ministries. If you are a called by God worship leader with a passion to lead worship for people of all ages, we want to talk to you. If developing others in music and worship gets you excited, we want to talk to you. McKinney is a growing church of 2500+ that needs someone to direct and lead these ministries in music and worship.

Job Summary: Coordinate with Worship Pastor, and ministry specific leaders to provide quality, relevant, age appropriate, worship experiences/environments, for Student Ministries, College and Young Adult Ministry which complement the worship dynamics of the overall church.

Specific responsibilities:
Recruit, Develop, and Organize students into various teams to lead worship in middle school and high school groups on Sunday mornings & occasionally on Wednesday evenings
Recruit, Develop, and Organize members to form a team to lead worship for our college gathering on Sunday evenings
Recruit, Develop, and Organize members to form a team to lead worship for our young adult gathering on Thursday evenings
Coordinate with the various age group ministry leaders regarding needs they have in the way of worship each week.
Meet weekly with the Pastoral Staff.
Develop relationships with and encourage personal spiritual growth among members of worship teams.
Lead rehearsals with various teams as needed to ensure quality and organized implementation of worship experiences.
Meet weekly with Worship Pastor for training, encouragement, and planning.
Develop and lead music teams for summer outreaches (Middle School Stampede)
Organizing/Training Sound/Tech teams to assist in worship experience
Oversee the Media Ministry under your areas of responsibility(video, audio, Powerpoint, EasyWorship and other media tools.)
Create and distribute any visual slides/presentations (lyrics, scripture, etc) along with order of worship to individual ministry leaders and interpreters prior to each program as needed.

Reports
To Worship Pastor
Cooperates with ministry specific leaders to coordinate needed ministry
Oversees those involved in music, media, and tech ministries for specific ministries
