Job Description:
Eastmont Baptist Church, a growing and exciting congregation in East Wenatchee, WA, seeks a full time associate pastor with primary emphasis in worship. This man should have a heart for God, a deep abiding relationship with Christ, and a desire to worship Him. In this man we desire to see the skills, character, and personality to lead others into a profound sense of God's presence through worship. This position will lead a praise team supported by full orchestrated music, choirs, drama productions, and media arts. Current average attendance is 450-500 and we currently use a blended format of contemporary music and hymns.

Desired Experience/Talents include:

Strong musical talent and training – expertise at a musical instrument would be desirable but not required.
- Experience in multi-media creative worship and special programs.
- Desire and ability to develop a fully integrated music program across all ages in the church.
- Positive leadership abilities with a focus on developing other leaders and enabling people to utilize their talents.
- People person.
