Job Description:
Position is estimated at 30 hours per week, but this is negotiable (we can find a way to make it full-time if necessary). Salary is negotiable.

The Director of Modern Worship & Arts will oversee all aspects of our modern worship service (currently Sunday at 11:15 a.m.).

Excellent vocal and worship leadership skills are essential.
Experience in leading an edgy, high-energy, rock-style service preferable.
Instrumental ability a plus.
Knowledge of current technology and sound systems.
Build relationship with others within the congregation who attend our traditional service (Sunday at 9:15 a.m.) -- "bridge building."
Develop relationships with outside resources to supplement and backup our existing worship band.
Work collegially with the pastor and a planning team to design and execute meaningful worship services.

Responsible for:
Developing, mentoring, and expanding our worship band;
Visual illustrations for worship;
Recruiting, mentoring, and directing our drama team;
Working with technicians;
Developing outreach ministries through worship (i.e outdoor services, mid-week services, etc.)
