Position Title: Worship leader / Director of Worship & Music

Princetown EPC, located in the Capital District of Upstate NY is seeking a full time worship leader / music director. We desire a gifted worship leader to lead a multi-generational congregation in Christ centered worship. Responsibilities will include coordinating our music schedule, working with the pastor to provide 2 weekly services of meaningful worship, and being a leader, role model, and nurturer to our multiple worship teams. The ideal candidate will be gifted by the Holy Spirit in worship, as well as highly proficient in leading vocally and with contemporary accompaniment (guitar or keyboard). The position, although primarily focused on music and worship will also involve ministry outside of these areas. Candidates with gifts in administration and the ability to be a leader in ministry to men and / or young adults will be preferred. Candidates should have a passion for outreach and the ability to connect with new Christians. Candidates must have previous experience as a worship leader to be considered.

Salary and benefits will be based on a full time position and commensurate with experience. The position is available immediately.
